Refund Policy

SimShield uses manual billing via bank transfer or Khalti. This policy explains how cancellations, downgrades, and refunds are handled.

1. Cancellation

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time by contacting us at support@simshield.tech. There are no long-term contracts — subscriptions are month-to-month.

Upon cancellation:

  • Your plan reverts to the Free tier immediately
  • All existing campaign data, employee records, and templates are preserved for 90 days
  • Actively running campaigns will never be interrupted — they complete their current cycle
  • "Launch Campaign" will be disabled if you exceed Free plan quotas after downgrade
  • New resource creation (users, campaigns, templates beyond Free limits) will be blocked

2. Refund Eligibility

We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you have extenuating circumstances, please reach out and we will do our best to work with you.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@simshield.tech with:

  • Your organization name and registered email address
  • The payment reference or invoice number
  • The reason for your refund request

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Free Plan

The Free plan has no payment associated with it. There is nothing to refund. You may stop using the Free plan at any time with no obligation.

5. Mid-Cycle Seat Changes

If you add seats to your plan mid-cycle, the additional seats are billed at the next renewal date at the full monthly rate. No partial charges are applied mid-cycle. Similarly, removing seats mid-cycle takes effect at the next renewal — no credit is issued for removed seats within an active billing period.
