SimShield uses manual billing via bank transfer or Khalti. This policy explains how cancellations, downgrades, and refunds are handled.
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time by contacting us at support@simshield.tech. There are no long-term contracts — subscriptions are month-to-month.
Upon cancellation:

We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you have extenuating circumstances, please reach out and we will do our best to work with you.

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
The Free plan has no payment associated with it. There is nothing to refund. You may stop using the Free plan at any time with no obligation.
If you add seats to your plan mid-cycle, the additional seats are billed at the next renewal date at the full monthly rate. No partial charges are applied mid-cycle. Similarly, removing seats mid-cycle takes effect at the next renewal — no credit is issued for removed seats within an active billing period.
