By registering for, accessing, or using SimShield, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@simshield.tech if you suspect any unauthorized access.
SimShield offers the following plans:
Paid plans are invoiced manually. Upon selecting a paid plan, you will be contacted by SimShield to complete payment via bank transfer or Khalti. Your subscription is activated upon confirmation of payment receipt.
Seats are billed based on the number of users you have designated at the time of subscription. Mid-cycle seat additions are handled at the next renewal period.
Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. You will be notified prior to each renewal. Failure to complete payment by the renewal date may result in downgrade to the Free plan.

SimShield may only be used for lawful security awareness training within your own organization. You agree that you will NOT:

As an organization administrator using SimShield, you are responsible for:

All content, code, designs, templates, and materials within SimShield are the intellectual property of SimShield. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your active subscription period.
AI-generated phishing email templates created using the Service are licensed to you for use within SimShield campaigns only. You may not export or repurpose them outside the platform without written consent.
We implement industry-standard security practices to protect your data, including encrypted data transmission (TLS), hashed credentials, role-based access controls, and isolated multi-tenant data storage. However, no system is 100% secure. You acknowledge that you use the Service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SimShield shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
SimShield does not guarantee that phishing simulations will improve security outcomes. Results depend on how the platform is used within your organization.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms immediately and without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
